Our despatch times are fast even at during busy periods. Generally if an order passes all fraud checks then your order will be despatched within 24 hours of being placed. Many orders are despatched the same day as they are placed and despatch of Special Delivery (Next Day) orders are prioritised. We find that our customers like to be well informed and send automatic e-mails updating you on the progress of your order through our warehouse and you will able to track the progress of your order in our warehouse through the My Account section of this web site.

Once your order has been shipped we will send you a despatch e-mail with a tracking reference that you can use with the Royal Mail Track & Trace service. Your tracking reference is also available through the My Account section of this web site.

If you have not received any e-mails from us after placing your order with us then it may be that our e-mails are going into your spam folder or the e-mail address that we have for you is incorrect so please log into your My Account section of this web site to check your order status.

At present we only ship within the UK.

The basic price for 2nd Class Recorded Signed For Delivery is £2.50.  There is a supplement added at checkout of £1.50 for each gift set ordered due to the additional weight and packaging required when sending gift sets.

From despatch, 2nd Class Recorded Signed For orders typically take 2-3 days for delivery. Deliveries to the Channel Islands, more remote areas of the UK and for a few of weeks before Christmas can take longer and we recommend that customers allow 5 working days for delivery in these cases.

Tracking is provided using the Royal Mail Track & Trace service and a tracking reference number is sent via email within an hour of your parcel being despatched. For Signed For deliveries the tracking details are updated the first time that the first delivery is attempted. If delivery is not possible then the Track and Trace service shows that delivery has been attempted and the Royal Mail delivery office that your parcel is being held at.

A signature is required for delivery. If the Royal Mail is unable to obtain a signature when they attempt to deliver your parcel you will receive a postcard with collection details and your order will be held at your local Royal Mail delivery office for 7 days. If you do not collect your parcel after 7 days it is returned to us and you will be liable for the cost of redelivery.

For a faster service you may prefer us to send your order using 1st Class Recorded Signed For. Special Delivery is priced at £7.95.

Royal Mail Special Delivery is guaranteed by the Royal Mail to arrive the next working day before 1pm after it is despatched for 99% of the UK. There is no Saturday delivery service of Special Delivery orders and orders despatched on a Friday will arrive on the next working day (a Monday except in the case of Bank Holidays).

Special Delivery orders are prioritised and if they are accepted before midday we despatch them the same day.

If a parcel does not arrive after 5 working days from despatch it is classified by the Royal Mail as delayed but is still extremely likely to arrive any day. In the unlikely event that a parcel does not arrive after 15 working days from despatch (10 working days from despatch in the case of Special Delivery) then it is classified by the Royal Mail as lost. We continually monitor the delivery services that we use and choose Royal Mail Signed For and Royal Mail Special Delivery services because they provide one of the lowest loss rates of any service available. If however your parcel has still not arrived after 15 working days from despatch (10 working days from despatch in the case of Special Delivery) then please contact us to arrange a redelivery of your order.

If you no longer require goods when they arrive then you can refuse delivery and they will be returned to us at no charge to yourself and you may exercise your right to cancel the order. There will not be a refund of postage in this case as this service has already been provided.
