Delivery Information
Once your order has been shipped we will send you a dispatch e-mail with a tracking reference that you can use with the Royal Mail Track & Trace service. Your tracking reference is also available through the My Account section of this web site.
If you have not received any e-mails from us after placing your order with us then it may be that our e-mails are going into your spam folder or the e-mail address that we have for you is incorrect so please log into your My Account section of this web site to check your order status.
At present we only ship within the UK.
Royal Mail Tracked
The basic price for Royal Mail Tracked delivery is £2.95.
From dispatch, Royal Mail Tracked orders typically take 2-5 working days for delivery. Deliveries to the Channel Islands, more remote areas of the UK and for a few of weeks before Christmas can take longer and we recommend that customers allow the full 5 working days for delivery in these cases.
Special Delivery (Next Working Day Delivery to 99% of UK)
Special Delivery is priced at £5.99.
Royal Mail Special Delivery is guaranteed by the Royal Mail to arrive the next working day after it is dispatched for 99% of the UK. There is no Saturday delivery service of Special Delivery orders and orders dispatched on a Friday will arrive on the next working day (a Monday except in the case of Bank Holidays).
Special Delivery orders are prioritised and if they are accepted before 2pm we dispatch them the same day.
Delayed / Lost Mail
If a parcel does not arrive after 5 working days from dispatch it is classified by the Royal Mail as delayed but is still extremely likely to arrive any day.
In the unlikely event that a parcel does not arrive after 15 working days from dispatch (10 working days from dispatch in the case of Special Delivery) then it is classified by the Royal Mail as lost.
If your parcel has still not arrived after 15 working days from dispatch (10 working days from dispatch in the case of Special Delivery) then please contact us to arrange a redelivery of your order.
If you no longer require goods when they arrive then you can refuse delivery and they will be returned to us at no charge to yourself and you may exercise your right to cancel the order. There will not be a refund of postage in this case as this service has already been provided.
